They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You should not rely solely on fact-check results when making decisions. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UFact and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

UFact makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of fact-check results. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Termination
