The fact-check results provided by the Service are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share results through the Service's sharing features, but you may not republish or distribute them in bulk.
7. No Professional Advice
The fact-check results provided by UFact are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You should not rely solely on fact-check results when making decisions. Always verify information through multiple authoritative sources.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UFact and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
UFact makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of fact-check results. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the United States, additional protections under applicable US law also apply.
